World Sport Group is in talks with Croatian Football Federation president Davor Suker to bring his national team to a tour of Asia.
Suker had an initial talk with Thomas Su, WGC director for corporate partnerships, Southeast Asia, on Friday.
Suker said details of any deal would be discussed further and a decision could be made within the next few weeks.
Suker played and scored in the Global Legends Series match played in Bangkok on Friday night.
Suker, who has been president of his country's football governing body since 2012, hopes to sign a co-operation agreement with Football Association of Thailand president Worawi Makudi soon.
He previously signed similar deals with South Korea and Mali.
