China's magisterial diving performances continue

KAZAN (RUSSIA) - China's Cao Yuan and Qin Kai kept up their country's domination of diving events at the world championships in Kazan on Tuesday as they comfortably won the 3m synchronised gold medal.

A total of 471.45pts gave Qin -- Olympic champion in 2008 with Wang Feng -- his fifth title and made him the most decorated diver in the event.

Russia's Evgenii Kuznetsov and Illia Zakharov took silver on 459.18pts while British pair Jack Laugher and Chris Mears claimed bronze with a score of 445.20pts.
