Ryanair worst short-haul airline according to UK consumer magazine readers

Readers of the consumer publication Which? have voted Ryanair Europe's least popular short-haul airline.

The low-cost Irish carrier came in last position in the poll, receiving an overall score of 34 percent. Other airlines such as Thomas Cook Airlines, Thomson Airways and Monarch also scored below 50 percent.

More than 5,500 travelers in the UK who have traveled in the past 12 months rated dozens of airlines, giving each carrier a grade in five categories including check-in process, baggage allowance, seating allocation, punctuality, food and drinks and value for money. Only companies receiving more than 30 votes were included in the final results.
