Indie rock trio Fun won the best new artist and song of the year trophies at the Grammy Awards Sunday night (Los Angeles time), "Somebody That I Used to Know" by Gotye was named record of the year and Mumford & Sons’ "Babel" won the album of the year award.
The New York trio Fun had been among the favourites to triumph at the 55th annual Grammy Awards at the Staples Centre in central Los Angeles, thanks to their leading six nominations.
