CAIRO -- Several buildings in a police officers' club complex in the Egyptian capital were in flames on Saturday as angry football fans reacted to final court rulings stemming from last year's deadly riots in Port Said.

Al-Ahly fans celebrate at their club in Cairo on Saturday after an Egyptian court confirmed death sentences against 21 people for their role in the riots that killed more than 70 people in Port Said. According to a senior security official, hardcore football fans known as the Ultras stormed the complex and set fire to the buildings.
