Videotaped meeting an obvious setup | Bangkok Post: opinion

The controversial meeting between Democrat MP Wirach Romyen and Pasit Sakdanarong, secretary of the president of the Constitution Court, which was secretly videotaped and thene posted on YouTube, appears to be a setup carefully planned by some elements with the ill intent to discredit both the Constitution Court and the Democrat Party.

The question is who planned the setup and whether either of the two men, especially Mr Pasit,  knew about it in advance.  

Or was he involved in the plot?  The question needs to be answered if light is to be shed into this controversy that has already tarnished the reputation of the Constitution Court by the mere association of Mr Pasit in the controversy.
