More `undertakers' out there who deserve punishment

This week my faith in the Thai legal system has been completely restored.

In the past, critics have been quick to condemn Thailand's laws and the punishments that are dished out for breaking them as being inconsistent, inappropriate and, in some cases, incomprehensible.

Whether we're talking about the Democrat dissolution case, or setting a measly fine of 2,000 baht on the owner who allowed an unlicensed 16-year-old to drive his car, there has been no lack of ammunition when attacking Thai law.
