Why don't Thai drainage authorities follow a Japanese idea?
Rain falls into drains and causes flooding. Why not collect the water in underground tanks and connect overhead pumps which can pump recycled water to be used for firefighting and drinking, after disasters?
Why not build water tanks all over Thailand and collect the rain which can be used for gardens, drinking and household use?
