A lot to unlike about F***book

The internet. You can't live with it. You can't live without it. "With or without you," as Bono would croon, we are screwed.

As much as I want to rationalise my Facebook and Instagram addiction, I simply can't. I'd tell myself I need to be on FB and IG all the time because it's my job to know what people are up to. Part of it is true, but if I am being frank, I'll admit that social media is now a big chunk of my life.

Now that we've established how much time I spend online each day, it should qualify me to say that I know the underbelly of social media world quite well. I'm not proud of it, but those vulgar, strong-willed, overly expressive pages have a strange pull on me. No matter how much I want to resist, I still can't bring myself to "unlike" them.
