In his latest interview with Forbes, the one in which former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra said he was really unlucky that Thailand has only two English-language national newspapers and both of them are against him, it's clear that the next milestone for Thaksin and by extension the Pheu Thai Party is to change the constitution.
