Ready to topple a govt, Or not

Gen Boonlert Kaewprasit claimed the police were trying to incite violence in order to justify a crackdown, thereby stomping on a peaceful and democratic protest.

Jatuporn Prompan claimed the Pitak Siam group was trying to incite violence to provoke a police crackdown and thereby bring military intervention that would topple the Pheu Thai-led government.

Who makes more sense?

    K Voranai - a clear and concise summary. Thank you.

    I wonder if for next Sunday's column you could summarise Peua Thai's achievements of the last year.
    Perhaps you could list how many of their policies have been successful. That would be government policies, not private sector successes.

    Of course, if that is insufficient to fill a column, please feel free to list how many verdicts have been overturned, cases dropped and friends of the Shinawatras promoted during the past sixteen months... Much more to choose from there.
