I am not a fashion guru. In fact, I rarely pay attention to fashion trends. I don't really care if a maxi, mini or ultra-mini skirt is in vogue or what colour is "in" - not to mention "out".
But I do have some fashion sense.
That's why I am kind of glad to see the government campaign, among other measures, aiming to encourage state officials to take off their jackets to reduce the use of air-conditioners as an energy crisis looms.
