JOB

Why did British electronics retailer Currys have to apologise for its interview process?

A) Because they only wanted female employees with big boobs.

B) Because they held 12-hour interviews to see who had the most stamina.

C) Because they asked candidates about their sexual history.

D) Because they made jobseekers dance during the interview process. Interviewees for a sales assistant job at a Currys Megastore in Cardiff were made to perform dance routines as part of "team building exercises". Unfortunately the tactic only served to humiliate applicants, as one of the candidates told the BBC, "I ended up dancing to 'Around the World' by Daft Punk, doing rubbish robotics in my suit in front of a group of strangers. Another middle aged guy looked really upset as he danced to a rap song."

PRODUCT

D) Hello Kitty beers. Japan's Sanrio Co. - the owner of the Hello Kitty brand - has licensed a Taiwanese beverage company to produce a range of fruit-flavoured beers featuring the cute cat. The six sweet flavours include peach, lemon-lime, passion fruit and banana, and have an alcohol volume of 2.3 per cent. We'll need a few cans of the beer before we start saying "Hello Tipsy"...
