Queen Bey

Why are animal rights activists mad at Beyonce?

A) Because she likes to wear fur bras.

B) Because her song "Drunk in Love" includes the lyrics, "Feeling like an animal with these cameras all in my grill."

C) Because everyone just wants to pick on Beyonce.

D) Because she was being a typical Thai tourist. Beyonce, hubby Jay-Z and daughter Blue Ivy spent their Christmas vacation in Phuket, where the family was photographed next to a baby tiger at Phuket FantaSea theme park. According to CNN, this prompted the ire of World Animal Protection, which released a statement saying, "Tourists like Beyonce are often unaware of the cruelty tigers suffer for these tourist attractions. The tigers used for these photos are often forcibly removed from their mothers… [and] are also crammed into tiny cages or chained to the floor for long periods." Beyonce's ride on a baby elephant was also a big no-no in the eyes of other animal rights organisations — but not because she's too bootylicious to perch atop a pachyderm.

MEAL

How can diners get a free meal at Jeju Island, a Korean restaurant located in the Chinese city of Zhengzhou?

A) By performing a dance based on K-pop moves.

B) By being able to speak both Korean and Mandarin.

C) By naming five other Korean dishes besides kimchi.

D) By being good-looking. The controversial campaign, which runs until mid-Feb, allows the 50 most attractive diners who come to the restaurant each day to eat for free. But in this case, beauty is in the eye of the plastic surgeon — that's right, each customer's hotness will be judged by a panel of professionals. The Telegraph reports that patrons are first taken to a "beauty identification area", where they are photographed and evaluated by cosmetic surgeons on their faces, eyes, noses and mouths. Those deemed "good-looking" will be spared from paying their bill, while others who don't make the cut will probably spend the entirety of their meal crying into their soju.

REVENGE

What can you do to get back at your enemies?

A) Hack into their Facebook account.

B) Sleep with their ex.

C) Kidnap their dog.

D) Glitter bomb them. Seriously. A new site called ShipYourEnemiesGlitter.com will "send glitter to the people you hate." For AU$9.99 (B269), you can provide an address anywhere in the world and the service will "send them so much glitter in an envelope that they'll be finding that s**t everywhere for weeks". Customers can also include a message and "the glitter will be mixed in with the note thus increasing maximum spillage", according to the site. Note: Thanks to an overbearing influx of angry shippers, purchasing has been temporarily suspended, as of Jan 16.

There's always more where that came from
