What is the point of having international laws if nations are going to ignore it?
This topic is so important right now as China attempts to assert ownership of all the waters in the entire region; which includes the waves splashing on beaches in some countries.

If the Chinese way is used they can bully the smaller nations to accept agreements that benefits China. If the international law is used the process will be more transparent and will provide the smaller nations with protection against China's underhand tactics.
