Wow, some posters really had a grumpy Xmas/NY. Whats the problem with people sharing thoughts and images with friends? Unless you are a stalker you don't get to see it ! No harm done and no one injured in the making.....its not like graffiti in a public place. What I think could be more of a disease is people assuming a false identity (or sadly more than one) claiming to be experts or "in the know" and posting troll remarks here. Happy 2013 grumpy or not.

I've never understood why people need to post every little activity they do with pictures on their facebook page. I call it 'internexhibitionism' and for some it really has become a disease.

Psst , haven't any of you noticed the signs that say " No Photos allowed for security reasons". next time you are whiling away an hour at immigration have a read, there is one sign above every officer.

I have always had good experiences at the airport here and have taken many photos as people are arriving to visit or leaving.
I have never had a rude immigration official .. maybe they were not all the friendliest but not rude.
The rudest, most ignorant, and most Nazi-like Immigration officials I have ever encountered are definitely in the USA and it got even worse after September 11,2001. You want to see a disgusting filthy run down airport?? Try LaGuardia!!
Given the number of visitors that go through Suvarnabhumi, I think it is very clean and in good repair.
I have encountered much worse delays in Canada at Immigration.

I think there must be another Suvarnabhumi Airport to the one I am using? Long or short haul, I haven't experienced unavoidable delays and have never come across a rude immigration official. bkk-farang what is the relevance about using a cheap camera, who put you in charge of the image police? If people cant afford an expensive camera why should we worry and who are you to deny the pleasure of photography to anybody? borrocks #7 troll remark, not true or clever (immature). People taking photos at airports are often starting a special journey or meeting returning family/friends..........carry on snapping.

I think the queues at Disneyland are shorter...

And the Parisians are politer than the immigration officials.

That reminds me of people standing near any famous monument and making pictures with their cheap cameras, if possible with a mini flash a night to light up a something big and far away. All of them could get better pictures for free from the internet. But no, they want to show their own bad pictures to their (facebook) friends to “prove” that they were there. I am not a psychologist but I am sure they would have an interesting explanation for that.
