The Consitution Court has published its central ruling on the constitutionality of the charter amendment bill on its website.

The ruling, which says the bill seeking to amend Section 291 of the charter to establish a constitution drafting assembly does not contravene Section 68 of the constitution, was signed by the eight judges who considered the petitions against the bill.
