Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra said on Tuesday she is ready to explain herself every issue which may be raised by the opposition in a no-confidence debate.
Ms Yingluck said she had not thought about assigning any of her deputies or cabinet ministers to reply on her behalf as she did not know what issues she would be grilled on by the opposition.
She insisted she had no plan to reshuffle the cabinet after the censure debate.
The opposition itself had not decided when to file a no-confidence motion.
On public concerns over corruption, the prime minister said she had assigned her deputy Chalerm Yubamrung to look into alleged corrupt practices concerning the paddy pledging scheme, flood compensation payments, and budgets for the troubled South.
Despite the corruption allegation, the government would continue with the paddy pledging scheme bcause it believed it was a good policy that would help increase farmers' incomes.
She admitted there might be problems in the pledging process and agencies had been assigned to pinpoint them for corrections.
On the government's report on its first year in office, Ms Yingluck said the exact date it wouldbe delivered had not been fixed but the government had already compiled sufficient information for it.
