Judges at Pattaya provincial court asked Red shirt leader Arisman Pongruangrong to attend again at Pattaya court on November 13 after he denied inciting Red shirts to destroy part of the Royal Cliff Hotel in April 2010 during a meeting of Asean leaders. Mr Arisman said that he had particularly instructed supporters not to attack the hotel or to destroy property and had done nothing wrong. It was true that some Red shirts had gone overboard but that was not with his agreement. Pattaya court judges said they would examine various documents and call more witnesses before making a judgment.
