Queen's health improves 'a great deal'

The committee of royal physicians reported yesterday that Her Majesty the Queen's general health has improved a great deal.

The Queen has a good appetite and is sleeping well.

Her Majesty is able to walk and move around freely.

The Queen's muscle strength has also almost returned to normal.

Royal doctors will continue to provide her with physical therapy and ask Her Majesty to refrain from working for a while longer.

The Queen was diagnosed with a slight shortage of blood to the brain after feeling dizzy and stumbling at Siriraj Hospital on July 21.
