Ten provinces are currently hit by flooding, affecting more than 157,000 people, the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Department reported on Tuesday.

The provinces are Sukhothai, Phitsanulok, Phichit, Nakhon Sawan, Suphan Buri, Angthong, Ayutthaya, Nakhon Pathom, Prachin Buri and Sa Kaeo.

The department said there was flooding in 1,352 villages in 32 districts of the 10 provinces, affecting a total of 157,047 people.
