David Foster has kept his promise. His second show last year was cancelled due to the floods, but he made a promise to come back.

Hitmaker David Foster and his acclaimed friends will perform at Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani, on Nov 5 at 8.30pm.

In just one month, Thai fans will see if "Hit Man David Foster and Friends Live in Bangkok 2012" has been worth the long wait.

But looking at the new entourage of special guests, it's likely fans will get more than what they're asking for. Scheduled for Nov 5 at Impact Arena, the concert is part of an Asian tour, which will start in Singapore, then move to Bangkok before proceeding to Jakarta, China and Japan.

This year's line-up of iconic artists includes 10-time Grammy Award winners Chaka Khan and Kenny "Babyface" Edmonds, young New Zealand classical crossover singing sensation Hayley Westenra, British pop and rock star Paul Young, and Dirty Loops from Sweden.

Foster is dubbed the "Hit Man" because of his success in producing and writing classic hits such as Whitney Houston's I Have Nothing, Madonna's You'll See to Toni Braxton's Un-break My Heart. He's also credited for discovering Celine Dion, Josh Groban and Charice among others.

Together with his group of acclaimed friends, he will bring forth his larger-than-life personality and share his many decades of music making to guarantee a superb night of entertainment.
