Each chef will create new dishes to be paired with award-winning Monsoon Valley wines.
Set for Friday, from 6.30pm to 10pm at the Hua Hin Hills Vineyard, the first and only vineyard in Prachuap Khiri Khan, the wine-pairing dinner menu crafted by Chef McDang will offer authentic Thai cuisine.
Delicious dishes include timbale of curry fish mousse, grilled marinated prawns, braised pork belly with quail eggs and gang nok mor torn chicken breast, roasted banana blossom in smoked fish infused broth. The feast will finish on a sweet note with Thai banana pudding.
The wine-pairing menu is priced at 1,800 baht. Only 50 places are available, so early reservations are strongly advised.
The famous Thai food expert will also conduct a cooking class at the same venue the following day from 10.30am to 1pm. Participants will learn to create dishes of modern Thai cuisine with Western cooking techniques.
The fee is 600 baht per person including a gift certificate and souvenir. Seats are limited to 12 people and reservations are required.
