Fans of K-pop better make sure they are free on Nov 25 when Bangkok plays host to the annual SMTown concert, which this year features some of Asia's top bands under the Korean record label SM Entertainment.

The concertSMTownWorld Tour III in Bangkok kicks off at11amon Nov 25 at the Muang Thong Thani Stadium. Tickets cost 2,000, 3,000, 4,500, 5,000 and 6,000 baht. Visit www.we-booking.com/smtown.

The concert is poised to take Bangkok by storm as it will feature hits from eight South Korean acts who are hugely successful at home as well as outside their country.

The line-up includes Kangta, the former lead singer of the boy band HOT, Korean pop queen BoA, the king of Korean pop TVXQ!, the band Super Junior, the septet Girls' Generation, R&B quintet Shinee, the girl quintet f(x); and the 12-member boy band EXO.

Besides the singing and dancing, Thai fans can expect something special from their Korean heartthrobs, something they haven't performed elsewhere. But no word yet on what.
