Amazing Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored all four goals as Sweden doubled the score on England 4-2 in an international football friendly at the Swedbank Arena, Stockholm Thursday (Thailand time).
The Paris Saint-Germain striker poked home to open the scoring before Danny Welbeck volleyed an equaliser.
Steven Caulker, one of six England debutants, prodded his team in front but Ibrahimovic smashed a leveller. The 31-year-old drilled in a low free-kick before completing the win with a stunning bicycle kick from 30 yards.
The Netherlands and Germany played a mostly boring scoreless draw.
France came from behind and dominated play to defeat Italy 2-1.
The United States escaped with a hard-fought 2-2 draw in Russia on Wednesday, the top early match among the last spate of international football friendlies of the year.
Fyodor Smolov put the Russians ahead after just nine minutes, setting up the game for a wild finish with three goals in the last 15 minutes.
Michael Bradley pulled the Americans even in the 76th minute. Roman Shirokov answered to put the Russians back in front just eight minutes later.
But in the third of four minutes of stoppage time, Mikkel "Mix" Diskerud picked up a deflected shot, and poked home the last-minute equaliser.
In two late, closely watched matches, Germany was to face Holland while Sweden host England, both at 2:30am Thursday, Thailand time.
