PHITSANULOK – Police are looking for a man who has been “flashing” his private parts at female students near several schools in Muang district.
Police received a complaint from a teacher in Phitsanulok Technical and Commercial College on Thursday that a “flasher” has been harassing girls near the school grounds.
Teacher Somchai Khamkeaw said the man usually parks his motorbike under a footbridge on the opposite side of the road.
He follows the students, calls out to them and then flashes them. The teacher said he was told of the problem by students who have been harassed by the culprit.
Mr Somchai said he tried to approach the flasher before he called the police, but the man fled on his motorcycle.
He was able to catch a glimpse of the motorbike’s licence plate number, which ended with 241.
Police said they suspect it is the same man who has been flashing his genitals at students in several other schools across the district.
