The Robot Chicken team has come up with a stop-motion trailer for PlayStation All-Stars: Battle Royale featuring several Sony characters during coffee-break time in between rounds.

Kratos from the God of War series and swashbuckling treasure hunter Nathan Drake of Uncharted lick their wounds after receiving a pounding from cuddly burlap sackboy of LittleBigPlanet fame; maniacal clown Sweet Tooth from the Twisted Metal car combat games turns out to be a big softy; red-headed huntress Nariko of PlayStation 3 launch title Heavenly Sword commiserates PS2 heroes Jak and Daxter.

The game, which riffs on Nintendo game Super Smash Bros. (no bad thing in itself), attempts to appeal to both party players and more devoted fighting-game aficionandos, and released on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita the week of November 20.
