LAMPANG - A man sneaked into a stranger's house and was caught lying on a bed with a mentally disabled woman, police said on Monday.
The trespasser, Thong Tomee, told police that he did not have sex with the 30-year-old handicapped woman and was just lying down naked next to her because he was hot.
The woman's younger brother told police that he and other family members went out shopping in the morning, leaving his sister alone in the house. When they returned, they saw a motorcycle parked in front of the house and thought their home was being burgled.
The brother said he rushed into his sister's room and was horrified to find Thong sleeping naked next to her.
The suspect said that he went to the house to see his friend, but decided to take a nap. However, no one in the house knows him, police said.
He was initially charged with trespassing and indecent exposure.
The woman will be examined for signs of sexual abuse.
