AIRLINE

Why did a Thai flight attendant lose her job with Cathay Pacific recently?

A)Because she kept bumping passengers' elbows with her food cart.

B)Because she couldn't handle the turbulence in the not-so-friendly skies.

C)Because she was actually a spy for Thai Airways.

D)Because she posted a message on Facebook saying she wanted to throw coffee on one of her passengers... who happened to be the youngest daughter of ousted prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra. Upon realising that Paetongtarn Shinawatra was on her Nov 25 flight from Bangkok to Hong Kong, the flight attendant took to Facebook and said: "I immediately told my flight manager I could not work knowing the daughter of my enemy was on the plane. I called my personal adviser asking if it would be all right to throw coffee at Paetongtarn, but was told that this could breach Hong Kong's laws." Although no coffee was actually thrown, the unnamed flight attendant has resigned over the incident.

CRIME

What complaint did Scott Pipher make when he called police in Maine in the US earlier this year?

A)His neighbour's music was too loud.

B)He forgot his Facebook password.

C)It was too hot outside.

D)The prostitute he hired hadn't given him his money's worth. Pipher called police on Mar 25 to complain that the woman "shorted him by 10 minutes". Instead of helping him get his few minutes of sexy time back, police launched an investigation and recently arrested Pipher for engaging a prostitute.

FIDELITY

How can a woman tell if a man is a cheater?

A)By being mature and confronting him.

B)By going through his phone.

C)By following him everywhere he goes.

D)By looking at his face. Well, that's according to research published in the journal Biology Letters, which indicates that women can identify whether a man will cheat based on how masculine-looking he is. In the study, participants were shown photos of 189 Caucasian faces and asked to rate them for faithfulness (researchers already had the self-reported sexual histories of the people in the pictures). It was found that women correctly identified the men with more masculine features as cheaters. Signs of a man who's prone to cheating include a wide, angular jaw, a square chin and a prominent brow (we know every girl is looking at her boyfriend's face now to check for these traits). Men, on the other hand, were not able to correctly identify whether women were unfaithful.
