The four-day event, which ends today, is being held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre. Its more than 80 booths give visitors the opportunity to enjoy tastings and buy a wide variety of wines, champagne, cognac, juices, cheeses, sausages, jams, biscuits and much more from every region of France (including the ingredients for the non-alcoholic cocktail below), as well as discovering specialities from other European countries.
As well as food and beverages, the fair also offers a wide range of beauty products such as cosmetics, perfumes, clothing and fashion accessories, decorative items, home appliances, coffee machines and services.

THE BLUE LAGOON
Place the ice cubes in a blender with the milk, curacao syrup and white chocolate. Blend for 30 seconds.
For the white chocolate, heat 40ml milk in two steps: Heat to 40C then add white chocolate powder, then heat to a maximum of 75C. Blend with the other ingredients for 30 seconds.
