A majority of the people believe comments on former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra over the live broadcast of his speech from a Muay Thai event in Macau on Channel 11 were political, according to Abac Poll.
The poll was conducted between Dec 10-15 on 2,195 people in 16 provinces including Bangkok.
The majority or 75.4% of the respondents said the comments on Thaksin were politically motivated involving politicians who wanted to cover up their weaknesses, while 24.6% said they had nothing to do with politics.
