A five-course Xmas dinner prepared by Chef Joan Tanya with specialties from Spain and sumptuous desserts incl free flow sparkling wine, house wines, beers and soft drinks. Menu highlights include: Iberico Gijuelo Acorn ham, Spanish delicatessen; Olive oil comfit codfish carpaccio, tomato coils, white beans cream and black olives; Lobster and cep creamy Bomba rice; Salt brush suckling slow cooked lamb shank, red Rioja demi glace glazed, grilled mini vegetables; Warm Guanaja Valhrona chocolate, caramel sauce and ice cream. New Year's Eve (Dec 31)
Chef Joan Tanya creates a night to remember_a Spanish set dinner with free flow beverages including sparkling wine, house wines, beers and soft drinks. Menu highlights include: Seared foie gras with Pedro Ximenez sweet wine reduction; Gratinated Zamburina clams with Albarino white wine; Pan-fried John Dory filet, creamy potato pure, spinach Catalan style; Grilled mini Black Angus beef chuleton served with Chef Joan's secret sauce.
