AIA Thailand and Phyathai Groups of Hospitals have entered a partnership to bring their respective customers an enhanced privilege programme.

The MoU, inked by Ron Van Oijen, CEO, AIA Thailand, and Att Thongtaeng, CEO, Phyathai Hospital Group and Paolo Memorial Hospital Group, will facilitate cooperation in providing services to customers of AIA Thailand and Phyathai Groups of Hospitals.
"Improving services to AIA customers is always our top priority. The partnership allows us to give our customers a higher level of convenience, speed and effectiveness. AIA customers who receive medical services at Phyathai hospitals can be assured of five-star service,' said van Oijen.
"The hospital's VIP customers will enjoy privileged services like VIP AIA customers. It is the first of this kind in Thailand. Our cooperation will complement each other and the benefits belong to the customers."
Under the agreement, AIA Thailand and Phyathai hospital VIP customers will get the same exclusive services, including on-seat service, VIP parking, special discounts, and privileges to join activities. Hospital customers receive a priority fax claim service at AIA Thailand.
