Paradise Park starts kidding around

Thai kids are getting ready for National Children's Day on Saturday, the day they are celebrated wherever they go.

The ‘Paradise Park: Wonderful Children’s Day 2013’ features a giant amusement park until Sunday, plus a show with famous animated TV characters on Saturday.

To fill the occasion with joy and laughter, Paradise Park shopping centre is holding "Wonderful Children's Day 2013" until Sunday on the 1st floor of the Royal Park Plaza.

The plaza has been transformed into "Play Land", a giant amusement park packed with fun activities and entertainment that will keep children and families delighted.

Kids can let their imagination run free while playing with educational toys, and enjoy the Giant Snakes and Ladders game and the True Fans of Paradise Park which offers prizes and toys to take home.

The Edutainment World on the 4th floor is transformed into a Fun Stadium where energetic kids are invited to test their skills in several sports. Parents may discover their kids' hidden talents right on the field.

For the big day on Saturday, the young visitors can get up close and personal with their favourite cartoon characters from the two animated TV series _ Bird Land and Shelldon _ in a meet and greet session. The funny characters will also perform a show where the young audience will be taken on an adventure to the amazing land of music. After that Shelldon and his sea-creature friends will take turns entertaining kids with exciting undersea stories.

The day will feature many other interesting activities which include a bubble show, a puppet show, a performance by the winners of the 2nd Paradise Park Kids Contest, shows from educational institutes, and booths offering educational products from the Thai Toy Industry Association.
