This wild and delicate edible plant that looks like a three-leaf clover has become increasingly popular as a salad garnish at modern restaurants. Also known as sour grass thanks to its tangy flavour, wood sorrel is rich in vitamin C and can be used for medicinal purposes. It is also good as a tea.
