Phra Dabos Foundation and Chulalongkorn University present "Kham Phor Sorn (Our Father's Words)", a concert held in honour of HM the King at Chulalongkorn University's auditorium on Feb 8 starting at 7pm.
Stars and artists will perform during the ‘Kham Phor Sorn’ concert at Chulalongkorn University’s auditorium on Feb 8 at 7pm.
The concert will feature famous stars and artists who will be singing 15 songs from Kham Phor Sorn The Album, which was co-produced by Sorod Punnakabutr and Nathana Longbangplee.
The album followed the "Kham Por Sorn Lyric Contest" which was held in 2011. It has 12 winning songs composed by amateur songwriters who were inspired by the royal guidance of HM the King.
It also includes three songs composed and sung by professional artists. This concert will also feature another two special songs _ Pa Rak Nam and Kham Phor Sorn _ which were composed by Privy Council president Prem Tinsulanonda.
Taking turns to sing on stage will be Samran Chuayjamnak aka Eed-Fly, Viyada Komarakul Na Nakorn, Panadda Ruengwut, Thanaporn "Parn" Wakprayoon, Kulkorapat "Gam" Pothongnak, Natchanun Panichwarocha, Rita Ramnarong, John Rattanaveroj, Porsh Saran, Mike Pirompon, Sodsai Rungpothong and Nahathai Sangpetch. Providing back-up music will be the CU Band.
