Thai stocks opened up 0.50% at the start of trade this morning.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand main index opened at 1,481.60 points, up 7.40 points from yesterday’s close. The trade value was 2.42 billion baht, with 1.75 billion shares traded.

The SET50 index opened at 992.64 points, up 4.43 points, or 0.45%, with a total trade value of 1.36 billion baht.

The SET100 index rose 11.19 points, or 0.51%, to 2,202.72 points, with a total turnover of 1.92 billion baht.

The SETHD index went up 9.86 points, or 0.77%, to 1,284.42 points, with a total turnover value of 558.09 million baht.

The MAI index gained 5.48 points, or 1.21%, to stand at 458.62 points, with total transaction value of 464.29 million baht.
