With two minutes to go and the Korean club ahead 2-1, Jung Hyuk put the ball from a corner kick into his own net to earn the Kirins a 2-2 draw at SCG Stadium in Nonthaburi.
A penalty in the fifth minute by Lee Dong-gook gave the visitors a lead before Mario Durovski evened the match in the last minute of the first half.
Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors looked set to seal the victory after Kevin Oris headed in a go-ahead goal in the 77th minute, but their own player cancelled out the lead.
