Twitter updates archiving tool for non-English language users

On Monday, March 11, Twitter announced that it had improved its archiving tool to support microbloggers who use the service in 12 languages other than English.

The archiving tool, which was first launched last year, lets Twitter users access essentially their entire history of Twitter usage, allowing them to see everything they tweeted or re-tweeted and then re-tweet those 140 character messages once more.

The service, known as "Twitter Archive," was previously only available for those using the site in English but, according to a tweet sent by Twitter (@twitter) on March 11, the service is now available for users of the site in the following languages: Dutch, Farsi, Finnish, French, German, Hebrew, Hindi, Hungarian, Malay, Norwegian, Polish and Spanish.
