A Nigerian ship with more than 160 passengers on board has sunk, with two people rescued so far, local media reported Wednesday citing emergency services.
The wooden ship was heading to Gabon when it sank on Tuesday off the south-eastern Nigerian coast.
Emergency officials said nine bodies had been recovered, according to the Tribune newspaper. The two survivors were receiving medical treatment.
