Indonesian murder suspect arrested

Thai Police say they have arrested a suspect sought by Indonesian authorities for allegedly killing the son of an Indonesian millionaire last year.

Immigration Pol Col Chartchai Eimsaeng said Mulyadi Budiman was arrested at a Bangkok airport on Tuesday as he planned to travel to Thailand's northeastern border.

Pol Col Chartchai said the 19-year-old is the fourth suspect in the murder of 23-year-old William Lim in Jakarta last March. The other three suspects were arrested last year.

The men are accused of wrapping Lim in a plastic bag and pounding him to death with a hammer and a pipe. They face charges of forceful assault and murder.

Pol Col Chartchai said Budiman will immediately be deported to Indonesia.
