A boy gets ready for April 23, when Bangkok is named World Book Capital 2013. The city has been handed the title by Unesco, and Governor MR Sukhumbhand Paribatra will officially receive the honour on April 23 at an event at Sanam Luang marking the start of a year-long campaign to promote reading among Thais.
