Pol Sub Lt Thatree, who was suspended from the police after charges were filed, denied all charges.

The alleged victim on Tuesday appeared at the Samut Prakan police station and identified the accused officer.

Investigators will take the suspect to the Samut Prakan criminal court on Wednesday for detention, pending the results of the investigation. The court will decide whether to grant him bail.
