Introduced in Phuket as part of the "Treasure Of Planet Ocean" campaign is the Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M GoodPlanet, an innovative wristwatch that serves as a tribute to the GoodPlanet Foundation and the work it does for our environment and underwater ecosystems.
The timepiece is water resistant to 60 bar, or 600m and available with a classic stainless steel bracelet, or a sporty blue rubber strap.
Inspired by the diverse and captivating colours of the ocean, the Seamaster Planet Ocean 600M GoodPlanet features a bold blue lacquered dial with applied indices. The polished and faceted rhodium-plated hour and second hands and aluminium-fashioned GMT hand are coated with white Super-LumiNova which emits a blue light. The rhodium-plated minute hand is also coated with Super-LumiNova but emits a green light, as does the dot on the diving bezel. There is also a date window at the 3 o'clock position.
A domed scratch-resistant sapphire crystal _ enhanced with anti-reflective treatment on both sides _ protects the dial from damage above and below the water's surface.

The bright orange GMT scale on the bezel ring and central GMT hand make it possible to track two time zones, ideal for the frequent traveller who enjoys taking in the beauty of the oceans. The lacquered orange 24-hour scale stands out on the bi-directional polished blue bezel ring, a feature which complements the helium-escape valve located at 10 o'clock on the brushed and polished 43.5mm stainless steel case. The caseback, engraved with the words "GoodPlanet Foundation", also features a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, making it possible to see the revolutionary technology within.
This timepiece is available with a classic stainless steel bracelet, or a sporty blue rubber strap, and is water resistant to 60 bar, or 600m. At its heart is the Omega Co-Axial calibre 8605 self-winding movement with a three-level Co-Axial escapement and Si14 silicon balance spring. With a full four-year warranty, the watch is presented in a box made of natural bamboo wood _ a tribute to the rewarding partnership Omega and the GoodPlanet Foundation have formed and the organisation's achievements in environmental conservation.
