Another suspect in the Soi Ramkhamhaeng 43/1 bombing in Bangkok on May 26 has been arrested in the southern province of Pattani, a report said.
The arrest of Affaham Sa-a, was reportedly made by a team of police led by Pol Maj Gen Suchart Thirasawat, deputy chief of the southern border provinces operations centre, in a raid on house No16 in tambon Taluban in Sai Buri district of Pattani early on Thursday.
Information from Idris Satopa, 24, wo was arrested earlier in Narathiwat, led to the arrest of Mr Affaham, the report said.
Mr Affaham was taken to the southern border provinces operations centre in Yala province for questioning.
Police said three other suspects, natives of Pattani province, have been under surveillance.
As soon as there is sufficient evidence, police detectives who have them under watch will immediately take them into custody.
