The most expensive house for sale in Bangkok is being offered in a project by Quality House in Taling Chan district, but it's a steal compared to the costliest condominium.
A two-storey house in the Q Twelve project costs 126.5 million baht, according to a survey by the Agency for Real Estate Affairs released on Thursday.
The house, covering 915 square metres, sits on a plot of 287 square wa, the property consultant firm said.
The project website says the cheapest model on offer starts at 100 million baht.
Yet the top-priced manor could not match the most expensive condominium. The champion unit is a suite at the Ritz-Carlton Residences Bangkok by MahaNakhon Development near Lumphini Park, the survey said. It is priced at 222 million baht.
