While a number of eastern provinces, especially Prachin Buri and Sa Kaeo, are being hit by floods, forcing victims to evacuate, in the North, mahouts and their elephants in a camp in Chiang Mai's Mae Taeng district keep themselves warm as temperatures drop, especially in the early hours of the morning.
As temperatures fall, more visitors head to the northern provinces, especially to the mountains to experience the wonderful landscapes, in the coming cool season.
