PDRC marchers head to Thon Buri

Protesters of the People’s Democratic Reform Committee (PDRC), led by Suthep Thaugsuban, on Tuesday morning started their second day of anti-government marching, leaving from Democracy Monument on Ratchadamnoen road and heading to Thon Buri.

They aim at encouraging people in Thon Buri area to join the planned mass shutdown of the capital on Jan 13, to pressure the caretaker prime minister and her cabinet to step down.

The protesters planned to march across the Phra Pinkhlao bridge heading to Sirindhorn road, Krung Thon (Sang Hee) bridge and turn right to Sam Sen road to Saint Gabriel school, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Bang Lamphu and then return to Ratchadamnoen road.
