Issara Somchai on Wednesday disclosed the plan to march on several agencies, which included the Public Health Ministry and the Expressway Authority of Thailand.

The Centre for the Administration of Peace and Order (Capo), which monitors the movement of the PDRC, said the group had blocked at least 12 government agencies on Wednesday.

The campaign was capped by a loop march lead by the PDRC's Suthep Thaugsuban from Asok intersection to Sukhumvit, New Phetchaburi Road and back to Asok to lure more people to join the campaign to shut down Bangkok, which began on Monday.
