The Centre for Maintaining Peace and Order (CMPO) has ordered the Immigration Police Bureau to deport Mr Satish, the Indian businessman and chairman of the Indian-Thai Business Association, for allegedly violating the emergency decree in joining the People's Democratic Reform Committee's anti-government protest.

The group planned to submit a letter to the Indian ambassador to Thailand, asking the embassy to protect the rights and liberty of Mr Satish, reasoning that the CMPO had overacted against him.
